Annie Wersching (March 28, 1977 - January 29, 2023) was an American actor who was known for her main role as Renee Walker in 24 and frequent appearances in a variety of television series including The Rookie Bosch and Timeless. Motion-capture and voice worked also lent to Tess, the main character in Naughty dog's The Last of Us. Annie Wersching Bio- Her publicist confirmed to Deadline the news that Annie Wersching had passed away. She was known for her role in TV programs like 24 Bosch, Timeless and many other shows. The talented actress unfortunately passed away from cancer in the year 45. Wersching enjoyed a lot of respect and admiration from her peers and fans. Her passing was huge loss for the entire entertainment industry. Her extraordinary performance will forever be appreciated and missed by her fans and loved ones. Annie Wersching continued her career in entertainment despite being diagnosed with cancer in 2020. She had notable appearances as a character in Star Trek. Picard as Borg queen Season 2. She also appeared appearing as a recurring character in The Rookie. She also lent her talent in gaming by lending her voice for Tess to the highly acclaimed videogame The Last Of Us. The game later was made into the HBO television series. Wersching was an absolute professional as well as a committed actress. Her passion and determination will be missed.
